UACT was founded in October 2001 just after the events of 9/11. The purpose of developing UACT was to bring together voluntary members with experience in emergency preparedness and response, Civil Defense, Law Enforcement and Anti/Counter Terrorism and Intelligence. The focus is to bring together on a voluntary basis professionals to assist in the War on Terror, Homeland Security and defending the Homeland. We collect OSINT (open source intelligence) to review and determine what information may assist law enforcement agencies to help in their investigations on sleeper cells and others within the United States in order to avoid additional attacks against our nation. And to help educate the public in preparedness and train professionals in various degrees of Anti and Counter Terrorism tactics and techniques.
