In emergency preparedness and response, families usually fall under the “Civilian” sector. Americas Civilian population has always been involved in emergency and disaster preparedness and response ever since the Minutemen since the birth of our country. Civilians make the highest numbers in preparedness and response in their various positions as volunteers. UACT has openings for volunteers with our organization in various areas. To enquire, please email guardianangel@justice.com and ask to join UACT. We are also working on a national plan called CEPT “Community Emergency Preparedness Teams”. Our hopes are to develop teams nationwide in order to prepare for any type of event weather natural or man made. Including preparedness and response to terror events being America is leading the world wide war on terror.
